Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Introduction

Maester Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

By using maestersolutions.com or engaging us for services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, Amazon storefront URL (if provided), the services you indicated interest in, and the message you wrote.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect standard server log data: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is collected through our hosting provider and our content delivery network.

We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health, financial, or biometric data). Please do not include sensitive information in your contact form submissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry, deliver the services we agree to provide, communicate with you about your engagement, improve our website and services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Formspree processes our contact form submissions and delivers them to our team email. Formspree may temporarily store your submission while in transit. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for their privacy practices.

Cloudflare Turnstile provides bot and spam protection for our forms. Cloudflare may process limited request metadata to determine whether a submission is human. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details.

Calendly is used when you book a call with us. Information you provide during booking (name, email, time selection) is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

Vercel hosts our website and processes standard server logs. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy for details.

We do not currently use marketing analytics, behavioral advertising cookies, or remarketing pixels on this website.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are kept in our team email for up to 24 months from the date received, after which they are deleted unless we have an active engagement with you.

Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.

Engagement records (proposals, contracts, deliverables) are kept for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.

We will delete your data sooner upon valid request, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights over your personal data: the right to access a copy of the information we hold about you, the right to have inaccurate information corrected, the right to have your information deleted, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to whom it has been disclosed, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EU and UK residents have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. The legal basis for our processing of your contact form data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@maestersolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the basic functioning of our website. We do not currently use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure third-party services with their own security certifications, and limited access to your data within our team.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.

9. International Transfers

Some of the third-party services we use (Vercel, Formspree, Cloudflare, Calendly) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required by law, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
